Staff team (includes all facilitators and coordinators): meets Wednesdays in the library

Leadership Team: meets THIRD Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM (except in December/July)

Administrative Board: meets FOURTH Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM (except December/July)

Town Halls: are called as needed (a minimum of twice a year) for general communication meetings. All other administrative teams meet as needed (meetings are called by their facilitators and/or the Senior Pastor).

The following teams’ meetings directly affect the Senior Pastor and Youth Minister’s schedules so are posted for all to know:

Worship Design team (2^nd service): 2^nd Monday night of each month 6-7 PM

Contemporary Service’s ALL TEAM Worship Rehearsal: 1^st Monday night after the 1^st Sunday of every month (starting in October) 8:30 PM
